Target Audience

All levels : experienced team leaders and supervisors, but who may not have had any formal training, and those wishing to improve their performance when managing others.

Course Objectives

Improve their confidence to deal with new responsibilities and tasks
Improve their interpersonal skills, in particular giving and receiving feedback
Know how to handle the people issues and situations confidently and effectively
Know what to consider to affirm a culture of respect at work
Be able to handle complaints/grievances and manage disciplinary issues
